Preparation of documentation for the chatbot system

As part of the development, the following set of documents has been prepared:

1. Description of the general system logic, possible options for the formation and use of chatbots.

2. The subjects and objects of the system description with the distribution of roles and an indication of typical functions and properties within the system.

3. Organizational and business requirements that describe target states, interaction scenarios, the roles of all entities in the system with typical access and restriction models to the system’s blocks and microservices.

4. Functional requirements for the system, including graphical representations of typical processes (with a description), use cases of interactions between the system’s subjects and objects, technical requirements for platforms, performance and scalability of the system, as well as developing prototypes of the interface elements.

5. The general architecture of the system in terms of the microservices, main interfaces and database structures organization.

6. Additional descriptive sections, such as the set of terms (a glossary), possible development scenarios.
